Welcome to Sandhurst Silver Band

The Bands

Sandhurst Silver Band is a friendly, progressive and independent brass band that has been making music in the community since 1908.  It has enjoyed contesting success in recent years, including winning the 1st Section at the London & Southern Counties Areas in 2018, and 2nd place in the 1st Section at Butlin’s in 2019.  Sandhurst Community Brass was established more recently as a fully functioning brass band for those players who wish to enjoy playing in a non-contesting band.  The community band is open to players of all abilities and enjoys a full calendar of events and concerts throughout the year.  Blossoming Brass was formed in 2016 and is our training band.  It is open to all people, whether young or old, and from absolute beginners to those who might have played in the past and want to take up playing again.
